The case we were discussing in Contracts class today involved child support and whether the "father" was required to pay child support if DNA testing proved he was not the biological father of the child, but at the time of birth, he agreed to put his name on the birth certificate anyway.
Before we got into the core of the base, the professor told us what he learned while growing up in South America:
"Mama's baby, Daddy's maybe."
