Yesterday, the Asian-Pacific Islander Students Association (APILSA) held its annual dinner at my favorite Vietnamese buffet, Sung Son Restaurant. A lot of students, past and present, and honored guests such as professors, deans, actual lawyers with jobs were present for the food and entertainment. The food, of course, was a big hit.
The buffet line of food.
My first dish, a bowl of Hu Tieu Do Bien (clear noodles with seafood) from the noodle bar.
My first plate of food which consisted entirely of Vietnamese chicken salad and spring rolls.
My third plate with crab rangoon, bbq pork vermiccelli and fried sweet potato fries. Yep, I was full after all of that.
