I have not had any chocolate whatsoever for about three weeks now (decided to give up chocolate to see if I can do it).
I'm also trying to go easy on the junk food. So normally, when I want to snack on something, it's usually a piece of chocolate, or some salty potato chips, or some cake, or whatever has sugar in it.
I have resorted to eating this for a snack lately. Yep, steamed broccolli. I HATE broccolli. And yet here I am, stuffing it down my throat, chewing and swallowing as quickly as I can so I don't have to prolong the taste of it. YUCK!
Yep, I've lost my mind.
